Such a great vet, their clinic smelled clean and they had candles lit.. You can tell they actually put an effort to make it smell good.. The doctor was very kind, and ethical. I am so glad I went with this clinic. No second opinion needed, three days later on the recommended medicine and my beloved pup is doing so much better.

Dr. Bajwa has been my puppy's vet for about 2-years, and he has been excellent. He is thorough when performing the medical evaluations and is very knowledgeable. During our most recent visit on 10/14/2024, I took my puppy because she had an ear infection. I called to schedule an appointment and they were able to accommodate us, for a same day appointment, that afternoon. I have to say that they are very efficient and well coordinated. I waited just under 5-minutes for the doctor to see us. The doctor evaluated my puppy, answered all my questions, and prescribed antibiotics, a couple shots, and ear cleaning medications. Overall, we were out the door within 15-minutes. With respect to pricing, yes, they do overcharge for their medications, however, you have to understand that they are a business first and have increased overhead costs that must be covered, for them to remain in business. Sure, I could have price shopped several other sources after receiving the quote from the doctor and paid less for the medications, but candidly, I am pleased with the level of care and value my puppy receives from Dr. Bajwa--that I don't mind paying a little extra knowing they are available when we need them. Lastly, I rated them 5-stars because of their competence, effectiveness, and availability. My puppy has made a full recovery, and we are very satisfied. Thank you, Dr. Bajwa and Staff.

The Vet and staff were polite and courteous. They provided the veterinary care my cat 🐈 Smokey needed, Thanks. My cat Smokey is taking a nap.

I went for the first time the staff was really nice my dog 🐕 is nervous and he was shaking but everything was fine he got the nail trim and the rabies vaccine the price is reasonable compared to other places they accept walk-ins …

My girl woke up with only red showing in her eye. I was so scared. I was able to get an appt right away. Doctor checked her out and recommended treatment. Worked like a dream and not too expensive.

I’ve taken my dogs to this clinic for about 6 years now, Dr. Navdeep and all the staff there has never failed us they’re all very passionate, vigilant, Diligent, assertive and and most of all WARM. I highly recommend west lane! Cause you didn’t have the thing in all the way

OMG ! This place is the best Vet in all of North America! I have taken all 72 of my cats here over the past year and they all stay alive. The one emo girl Bree is so helpful with pet care I will keep coming back .

I had taken my furry babies and my GSD to WLPH multiple times and had always receive great service. Even if they are full, they manage to squeeze my babies on same day appointments. Their fees are comfortable, the staff is always pleasant and knowledgeable. Dr. Bajwa is super allergic to cats, but even though, he loves to work with them.

Dr Bajwa and the staff at West Lane are great. Easy to get an appointment quickly. Helpful over the phone when I have questions or need help. Highly recommend West Lane Pet Hospital. They helped me save these sick kitties I rescued!

Amazing experience I had today!! 🥰 I took my mom’s cat to the vet for an office visit for an exam, flea treatment that was really needed and his vaccinations that were over due. The front desk lady was super nice and Dr. Navdeep Bajwa was great with Nolan as well as the lady helping us. My concerns were heard & understand, They answered any questions/concerns I had about my mom’s cat and really gentle with Nolan. The prices are super reasonable, they explain each price and told the cost of each thing Nolan received. They made me & Nolan very comfortable because they were so easy going. I definitely will come back when needed. I had bad anxiety walking in but there energy made me feel relieved and Nolan really liked them!! Especially the doctor (he was cuddling the doctor giving him rubs) 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
